Must Have
At least 21 years of age or older, High school diploma or equivalent, Non-Commissioned security license through the state of Texas, Previous dispatch experience required, customer service skills, Familiarity with report writing, Monitoring and surveillance experience, Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks, Previous security experience is required, Attentive to detail, Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required, Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
What You'll Do.
Active patrol coverage across the facility campus — on foot and by vehicle — with a focus on deterrence
randomized foot and vehicle patrols of facilities
and parking areas to detect safety hazards
or security breaches.
Verify credentials and identify visitors
and employees at various entry points to prevent unauthorized access across the campus.
Respond immediately and professionally to alarms
and reports of suspicious activity — escalating appropriately per site protocols.
Write detailed daily activity reports
and maintenance/damage reports documenting security risks and observed conditions.
Provide professional assistance to employees and guests — offering directions
and general support as needed.
Ensure adherence to all site-specific policies
and Marksman standard operating procedures at all times.
