Industry & Context.
Required to drive during the scheduled route, Required to work weekends, Flexibility and willingness to work long hours, Availability for Overtime approved to meet operational need of department, Physical demands include sitting, calculating, driving, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, using hand and finger dexterity, lifting/pushing cargo up to 65 pounds, and specific vision abilities., Exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions., Moderate noise level in the work environment.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 21 years of age, A valid driver’s license and maintenance of a satisfactory driving record, Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board, Commitment to being reliable for working scheduled shifts and being on time, Excellent ethics and integrity, Excellent customer service, High attention to detail, Ability to adapt and understand working components of machines and provide service while on site, Professional demeanor

What You'll Do.
Execute daily collection team operational needs
Perform VGT collections and RT replenishments
Provide and maintain exceptional customer experience
Be timely and punctual for work
Communicate and maintain proper equipment needs
Deliver and collect cassettes/cans
Unload and deliver cassettes/cans to processing room
Drive efficiently and effectively during scheduled routes
Assist with additional replenishments
Suggest ways to improve route efficiencies
Organize warehouse space
Assist with Fleet Needs for Collection Vehicles
Lend support to other Collection Regions

Effectively communicates with leadership team of any challenges seen on route; Lends support to other Collection Regions when Staffing needs arise
