We also offer paid time off, paid holidays, an Employee Assistance Program, tuition reimbursement,_opportunities for advancement,_ and an employee referral program._ This position is responsible for operating the rough cut machinery, maintaining the machinery, keeping accurate documentation, and handling material. ****Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**** * Operate the machinery (Waterjet/Combi-Cut, saw) as well as monitor and verify it is operating correctly at all times * Perform quality checks as required * Interpret blueprint drawings and sketches to plan. * Responsible for set-up and operation of cutting machinery * Perform all required documentation and organization for material received, moved, scrapped, and quality verified * Responsible for the visual inspection of equipment with complex parts, preventative maintenance, as well as area upkeep and cleanliness * Operate overhead crane and forklift * Keep work area clean and organized * Cross-train on multiple types of equipment * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management ****Qualifications & Skills:**** * Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills * Mechanically inclined * Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation * Ability to become certified in using an overhead crane * Ability to work safely and follow Standard Operating Procedures * Basic computer skills * Basic math skills * Critical thinking skills * Excellent organizational skills ****Minimum Requirements:**** **Education:** High school diploma o
