This is not a typical internship. At Amentum, you'll be on the front lines, directly supporting the United States Space Force Range Contract! Our mission is to deliver safe, innovative, and dependable space launch range operations, maintenance, and mission assurance services that enable the U.S. Space Force to execute critical launch and test operations while advancing national security objectives. As an Amentum rotational intern, you won’t be stuck in a single role. Instead, you'll dive into five mission-critical teams, working alongside top professionals to build a unique resume and be a part of the mission from every angle. This isn't just an internship; it's a chance to do meaningful work that protects our country and secures our nation's gateway to space. You will focus on the "big picture," learning how our critical subsystems, like Radar, Telemetry, and Meteorological systems, work together to ensure mission success. You'll dive into the world of systems-level thinking, understanding the engineering process that governs how we execute changes across the entire range to ensure all parts function as one seamless system. * **Hardware/Software Engineering:** Be a builder of the mission's future. You will get embedded with one of our expert sub-system engineering teams to focus on tangible upgrades. You'll learn how we execute the design process
