The Rotational Development Intern is an 8-week developmental internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to multiple business functions within the organization. This role offers the intern the opportunity to learn how key departments collaborate to support overall business operations and organizational success. During the internship, the intern will rotate through Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology (IT), while also spending time with department leaders to gain insight into leadership responsibilities, strategic decision-making and how each department contributes to the larger organization.
