Must Have
Technical Diploma or relevant experience, Demonstrated field experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting of rotating equipment and turbomachinery, mechanical aptitude with hands-on proficiency in alignment tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance practices, Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, commitment to EHS compliance and operational discipline, Fluent Italian and English, holding EU permit/passport
Nice to Have
Experience mentoring, coaching, or delivering technical presentations, Prior experience as an instructor, field service engineer, specialist, or technical subject matter expert, Familiarity with Baker Hughes rotating equipment portfolio and service processes, Experience with technical simulators, virtual training platforms, or digital learning tools, Relevant technical certifications (e. g. , vibration analysis, rotating equipment fundamentals, condition monitoring)
What You'll Do.
hands-on training programs focused on the installation
and maintenance of complex turbomachinery systems
and customer personnel to build critical competencies through immersive training experiences using real equipment
and industry best practices
Delivering instructor‑led
hands-on training programs on gas turbines
reciprocating compressors
centrifugal compressors
and associated auxiliary systems
Leading practical sessions covering installation
and maintenance activities
Facilitating equipment disassembly
and reassembly using real units and simulator tools
Ensuring compliance with all Baker Hughes EHS standards and promote a safety culture in all training environments
Partnering with Engineering
and Product Line teams to maintain training accuracy and alignment with current field procedures
and product evolutions
Evaluating learner performance
document competency outcomes
and provide structured feedback to support technician and engineer development
Supporting curriculum updates
development of training materials
and enhancement of instructional methodologies
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Training Academy to enhance the learner experience and training effectiveness
