What You'll Do.
Monitor and analyze Rooms Inventory utilizing Yield Management
Maximize occupancy and increase average rate
Determine cut off dates
Determine rate restrictions
Process and handle group rooming lists
Process associate reservations requests
Input data into the reservations system
Calculate and prepare rooms reports
Determine sources of business
Assist in the development and revisions of forecasts
Communicate verbally and in writing to provide clear
Comply with attendance rules
Be available to work on a regular basis
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
