Full Job Description
* Located in South Ari Atoll, less than 20 minutes from Velana International Airport by domestic flight. With spectacular azure lagoons and dense jungle at its core, Villa Park is a magical isle open for exploring. Each day invites a sense of escape with exceptional diving, playtime pursuits and secret dining experiences. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions of Room Attendant include, but are not limited to, the following: * Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service while supporting Team Members. * Provide a warm, sincere and engaging service that ensures Guests feel valued. * Ensure guest rooms are cleaned to Forbes standards, which Villa Park Follows. * Report any maintenance defects in guestrooms and surrounding areas to Supervisor. * Report ‘out of service’ rooms to Supervisor or housekeeping office * Treat each and every Guest as a unique individual * Anticipate Guests’ needs with thoughtful and personal touches. * Resolve Guest problems and never saying “no” without offering an alternative. * Clean and stock linen closet at the end of your shift * Turn in all lost and found items to Housekeeping according to the standard procedure. * Provide night service (refresh rooms in the evening when required) ## Qualifications * Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Must possess a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a demanding, fast paced environment * Must be physically fit and have the ability to stand, lift, push and pull for long periods during shift * Team player with a creative and outgoing personality * Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times * Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills ## Additional Information Serve with Humility | Radiate Optimism | Rely on Our Family
