Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-driven team member to join our remote team and produce accurate roof measurement reports. In this role, you will use our AI-powered software to trace and map roof structures using high-resolution aerial and satellite imagery. This is a full-time remote position suited for individuals with strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. What You Will Do Roof Mapping & Measurement - Use proprietary software to trace roof outlines and create precise overlays on 2D aerial imagery - Identify roof facets, ridges, hips, valleys, pitches, and penetrations - Build accurate roof models and configure professional report outputs - Ensure accurate labeling of roof lines and structural features Accuracy & Consistency - Follow established measurement standards and workflow procedures - Maintain high production quality while meeting turnaround expectations - Consistently meet daily and weekly production quotas - Complete projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy standards - Work within a point-based production system tied to project complexity and completion speed Requirements - Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly - Exceptional attention to detail and spatial awareness - Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection - Ability to interpret aerial imagery and recognize structural roof components - Experience with architecture, drafting, construction, GIS, or aerial measurements is an asset - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Clear English communication skills - Comfortable working in a production-focused environment with measurable quality and volume expectations Schedule & Training - Full-time position with 10-hour shifts - Paid training Compensation - Base pay - Additional production-based incentives tied to project complexity and completion speed - Quality performance bonuses for maintaining strong QA accuracy
