Works closely with Quality Department; Liaison between client and linguistic team; Documents meetings with client; Communicates asset updates to linguistic team; Reviews copy/loc and gives feedback; Communicates feedback from reviewers; Supports linguists in understanding corrections; Acts as liaison for terminology; Responds to content reviewers’ queries; Supports linguists asking questions; Assigns work/content types to team; Guides team into identifying root causes; Supports onboarding of new linguists; Reviews and evaluates language tests; Creates, maintains, and delivers training; Coaches and mentors linguists; Identifies challenges and underperformance

Process & Methodology
