What You'll Do.

Develop and improve robotic manufacturing processes for applications such as

spray coating/coating removal

Collaborate with engineers to develop and optimize robotic manufacturing processes for surface finishing and treatment

Support the team in enhancing process efficiency and product quality by applying knowledge of material science

Assist in the implementation of new end-of-arm tools (EOAT) for robotic manufacturing processes

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored automation solutions

Work closely with the engineering team and manufacturers to integrate process improvements and automation solutions effectively

Assist in analyzing manufacturing data to support process optimization efforts

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in material science and automation technology

Our proprietary GMR-AI™ software is integrated with state-of-the-art industrial robots, sensors, and tools to create application-specific turnkey solutions for customers through a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model. Role & Responsibilities - Develop and improve robotic manufacturing processes for applications such as, but not limited to, sanding, polishing, spray coating/coating removal, etc. - Collaborate with engineers to develop and optimize robotic manufacturing processes for surface finishing and treatment. - Support the team in enhancing process efficiency and product quality by applying knowledge of material science - Assist in the implementation of new end-of-arm tools (EOAT) for robotic manufacturing processes - Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored automation solutions. - Work closely with the engineering team and manufacturers to integrate process improvements and automation solutions effectively. - Assist in analyzing manufacturing data to support process optimization efforts. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in material science and automation technology.
