What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science or a related field, Minimum of 2 years of work experience, Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions while confident in problem solving, Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, written and verbal communication skills, Computer literacy and Microsoft Windows/Office 365 experience, Permanent work authorization in the United States
Nice to Have
Experience working in a regulated CLIA or GxP laboratory setting, Experience managing and calibrating equipment
What You'll Do.
Operate laboratory and robotic equipment
Perform periodic maintenance (e.g.
liquid handler fluid verification
Perform microplate labelling
Maintain lab consumables
Document lab work using LIMS and/or electronic lab notebooks
Stay current on departmental and corporate training
Adhere to schedule and perform other assigned activities
