What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MSc in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, 5+ years space systems engineering, 5+ years space robotics and mechanisms, Proven experience managing complex technical projects, Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, Experience with system design, development, and testing, Experience with Systems Engineering processes, Proficient in written and verbal English
Nice to Have
3+ years of working with JAMA, Experience with ALTIUM, Experience with Model Based System Engineering, Experience with SysML

Redwire’s Luxembourg City facility is Made for the Mission, designing and developing advanced robotic arms that enable critical operations for orbital and free-flying spacecraft. These robotic systems support a wide range of mission needs, including satellite servicing, refuelling, payload management, and in-space manufacturing. The facility’s engineering expertise also drives innovation in debris capture and other emerging on-orbit servicing applications. Through this work, the Luxembourg team is helping build the robotic infrastructure essential for a more sustainable and capable space economy. Redwire Space Luxembourg, seeks a results-driven Senior Robotic Systems Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge robotic systems. You will work alongside a diverse team through the design, implementation, and validation of space robotic subsystems, turning customer visions into technical solutions. This role involves managing workflows, technical proposals, and system requirements while ensuring the highest standards of engineering. You will serve as the technical lead, overseeing system verification, managing risk, and acting as the primary technical contact for customers and contractors. You will be responsible for "building the right thing" and "building it right". Your expertise will drive mission success from initial development through on-orbit validation.
