Placement of a HUGO surgical robot in the hospital requires full-time support for an account specific period to ensure successful integration into the hospital’s service lines. The utilization team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain as well as a broad experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with all relevant hospital stakeholders to drive complex transformational changes, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations. We are seeking talented individuals that are eager to use all their skills and competencies to quickly deploy our ground-breaking robotic assisted surgical therapies to patients, surgeons and hospitals in several countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** As a start-up specialist you will be responsible for the successful integration of our HUGO™ RAS-system into a hospital. This might be an expansion of a current robotic surgery program, the creation of a new robotic surgery program or a shift from another platform to our HUGO™ RAS-system.
