POSITION SUMMARY As a technician in our Robotic Operations Center your primary role will be to enable success on the Rewst platform by building and troubleshooting RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows. Your responsibilities extend from designing RPA workflows to implementing API integrations with MSP platforms such as ITGlue, Connectwise, Acronis and Microsoft Office 365. This role is pivotal in providing both proactive and reactive support to both our internal departments as well as our clients, ensuring seamless automation and optimization of processes. The salary for this position is $75,000+ (negotiable based on experience).
