3 months' work history with one employer, Obtain forklift license, Able to change battery as needed, Maneuver pallet jack around tables and belts, Continuously grip control handle of the jack, Aware of all obstacles in all areas of travel, Complete various log sheets, Maintain equipment while in possession, Willing and able to perform physical requirements

Operate jack and forklift
