What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, A valid California Driver’s License
What You'll Do.
signage and landscape mushroom lights clean/dusted
reporting damaged lights.
Ensure all pet waste stations are clear of waste and trash bag liners are fully stocked and maintained.
Remove and check trash from outside lobby areas including removing cigarettes from san disposal posts frequently.
Ensure all flowerpots located at all villa buildings are free of trash as well as the surrounding landscape/grounds area.
Ensure all exterior sconces on each building above potted plants are free of spider webs and clean.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the inside of all utility buildings including the roadway/pathway surrounding each utility building.
Maintain/monitor and clean the surrounding ground areas at each BBQ grill as well as clean each BBQ grill.
Detail the roadway/pathway next to each building for VIP arrivals.
Sweep all guest staircases
based on guest foot traffic.
Complete any project assigned by management.
