Reporting to the Safety Manager, the Road Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality-of-service delivery in the field as well as Driver In-House retraining using Beacon Transit Team’s State-of-the-art AI technology LYTX. As a part of our Safety Team This position is reporting in Burnsville, MN and is open to all that apply. The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive professional driving experience, an impeccable attendance record and enjoys working directly with professional drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation. **Pay:** $25.00/Hour + Full Benefits + Annual Pay Increase **Multiple Shifts - Both AM and PM - Available!** _**Essential Job Functions:**_ * Supervision and Management: Oversee the performance and conduct of drivers ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. * Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, including driver schedules, route efficiency, and service quality. Address and resolve operational issues in real-time. * Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including FTA/DOT ADA requirements. * Customer Service: Address passenger complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
