Must Have
Experience working as part of a crew maintaining pavements, bridges and other structural assets, and/or roadside assets (barriers, signage, vegetation), Ability to be a committed team player who drives for service excellence and continuous improvement, A track record of working with a relentless focus on worker, road user and community safety, High levels of self-motivation, exceptional time-management skills and a proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, Sound digital and data management skills, including familiarity with field applications for works management
Nice to Have
TMA experience, Road safety barrier (Guard Rail/WRSB), Flocon operator/experience, Formal qualifications (Cert III or higher) in civil construction are a bonus, but not essential if you can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and capability
What You'll Do.
Performing rapid response to incidents and emergencies
Carrying out scheduled routine servicing and hazard and defect rectification works
Completing all works with a focus on safety
quality and efficiency
Recording works-related data in the field
Participating in daily pre-start and shift-close meetings

Team & Collaboration
Working under the direction of our Supervisors, in crews of 2-4 people; Participating in daily pre-start and shift-close meetings, contributing ideas for changes and improvements in work practices
