TMA experience, Road safety barrier (Guard Rail/WRSB), Flocon operator/experience, Formal qualifications (Cert III or higher) in civil construction are a bonus, but not essential if you can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and capability

# **Primary Location** VIC - Clayton # **Job Description Summary** We have opportunities for Road Maintenance Worker (Full-Time - Nightshift) to join our team in permanent roles based out of our Clayton and Frankston depots # **About the Role** Service Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia's essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries. We keep communities connected. We are now delivering routine maintenance and defect rectification works, and refurbishment and upgrade projects under a major long-term contract with the Victorian Government (Metropolitan Victorian Road Maintenance Contract (**VRMC**) - South Central Region). We have opportunities for **Road Maintenance Worker (Full-Time - Nightshift)** to join our team in permanent roles based out of our Clayton and Frankston depots! Working under the direction of our Supervisors, in crews of 2-4 people, you will be critical in delivering services under this contract. **Key responsibilities:** * Performing rapid response to incidents and emergencies across the network. * Carrying out scheduled routine servicing and hazard and defect rectification works for pavements (Flocon), bridges and other structural assets, and all roadside assets (barriers, signage, vegetation). * Completing all works with a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency. * Recording works-related data in the field, in line with work instructions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Participating in daily pre-start and shift-close meetings, contributing ideas for changes and improvements in work practices to enhance safety and efficiency. **About you** * Experience working as part of a crew maintaining pavements, bridges and other structural assets, and/or roadside assets (barriers, signage, vegetation). * TMA experience preferred but not essential. * Road safety barrier (Guard Rail/WRSB) preferred. * Flocon operator
