The **Road Freight Operations Manager** will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of shipments for clients, overseeing road freight operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee daily road freight operations (domestic and international) * Ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of shipments * Coordinate with carriers, subcontractors, and logistics partners * Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and service levels * Handle operational issues, delays, and escalations proactively * Optimize routing, capacity planning, and load consolidation * Lead and develop the operations team * Ensure compliance with transport r
