What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan, One-year professional clinical nursing family practice experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, Basic Life Support / CPR training according to requirements of license and/or certification
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of computers and their applications
What You'll Do.
Complete patient assessment
patient scheduling telephonically.
Utilize knowledge in conjunction with approved protocols and standards in advising patients and parents.
Ensure call-backs are made as appropriate.
Document nursing action in medical records utilizing defined standard.
Participate in the quality assurance program for Contact Center.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets for Contact Center.
May be required to translate other languages if applicable.
