As an RN in Surgery supporting ophthalmology services, you will play an integral role across the full continuum of care for eye surgeries and procedures. This includes rotating through pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative phases, with training in both circulating and scrubbing roles. The environment is high-volume and fast-paced, requiring strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional patient care standards. The team is known for its collaborative, supportive culture, creating a positive and cohesive work environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology used to perform advanced eye procedures not widely available elsewhere in the region. Daily responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery, assisting during procedures, and providing post-operative care and education. Orientation includes a comprehensive OR training program of approximately six months, alo
