Role Scope: We are looking for a mission-driven Registered Nurse to join our team as the RN Supervisor, Pre-Enrollment for Southern California. This is a centralized clinical supervisory role supporting Enrollment RNs across all four Southern California PACE sites. The RN Supervisor serves as the operational and clinical execution layer between frontline Enrollment RNs and the RN Clinical Manager. The RN Supervisor serves as the first clinical filter for Level 2 cases, owns day-to-day enrollment case operations, enforces SOPs, and ensures documentation quality, workflow consistency, and regulatory readiness across sites. This role is critical to scaling Pre-Enrollment operations safely and compliantly as Habitat Health expands to West Covina and San Leandro in January 2027.
