Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania, Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, communication and organizational skills, Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, Commitment to client-centered care and professional development

What You'll Do.
Communicate with other disciplines
Participate in chart monitoring
Participate in action planning
Work a rotating weekend schedule
Review and follow detox protocols
Assist staff during high-volume shifts
Prioritize unit scheduling
Organize unit scheduling
Complete unit scheduling
Maintain medical equipment
Conduct medical lectures for clients
Administer medications
Complete Medication Administration Records (MAR)
Complete necessary labs for treatment
Administer IM and SQ medications
Ensure labs are addressed
Ensure labs are reviewed
Manage physician orders
Follow proper consent procedures
Participate in Performance Improvement Projects
Maintain staff development needs
Keep records up to date
Complete nursing competency
Complete evaluation processes
Adhere to Evidence Based Practice guidelines
Engage in continued nursing training
Attend monthly meetings for professional development
Conduct nursing assessments
Develop treatment plans
Follow medical protocols
Assist medical providers
Perform other duties as assigned
