Occasionally works in emergent patient care situations requiring critical thinking and prompt assessment skills. Will perform age related patient assessment and intervention as well as scheduling tests and interventions per provider order. Responsible for utilizing the professional nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients across age continuum in an ambulatory setting. Cares for patients in all phases of specific states including assessment, disease maintenance, treatment, and follow-up as patients move in both inpatient and outpatient setting.
