What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current Texas RN license, 3+ years clinical nursing experience, Comfort with wound care, Comfort with infusions, CPR required (BLS), Current Texas drivers license, Comfort with field-based work, Time management, Organization in high-autonomy environment, Clear communication, Professional communication
Nice to Have
Previous home health experience, Homecare Homebase familiarity, EMR familiarity, Experience coordinating care for medically complex patients

Own patient assessments

Deliver high-acuity home health care
Focus on infusion therapy
Maintain plan of care
