What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, Current licensure in state practicing, Valid driver's license, Current Basic Life Support certification
Nice to Have
CPI certification, Washington State Department of Health Food Handler permit
What You'll Do.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Provide medication management
Assist and support medical and psychiatric providers
Provide medical care coordination
Serve as staff resource
Recognize and respond to emergencies
Document in client medical record
Follow through with directives
Partner with team effectively
Process laboratory procedures
Process supply ordering
Assist staff to provide safe environment
Adhere to policies and procedures
Maintain client confidentiality
Maintain client rights
Utilize critical thinking skills
Provide direction and support
Perform nursing assessments
Perform nursing tasks
Partner with providers
Manage medication regimen
Monitor meal compliance
Monitor clients’ health
