Licensed LPN in Minnesota, CPR Certified
What You'll Do.
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor health and oversee care
Interact with interdisciplinary team
Provide guidance to staff
Provide emotional and social support
Ensure resident and staff safety
Assist with promoting nutrition
Assist in orientation of new staff
Participate in Nurse meetings
Participate in unit staff meetings
Participate in quality improvement activities
