Occasional Saturday mornings may be required, Possible exposure to patients with illnesses and infections, Frequent telephone and computer use, Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, Vision requirements may include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus, May require bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds, Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Michigan, One year of professional clinical nursing experience, Basic Life Support/CPR certification
Nice to Have
Family practice experience, Working knowledge of computers and their applications
What You'll Do.
Complete patient assessments
Schedule appointments telephonically and in person
Advise patients and parents on care plans
Conduct patient education sessions
Ensure follow-up call-backs
Coordinate services for patients and families
Participate in interdisciplinary planning
Document nursing actions in medical records
Contribute to policy development
Participate in quality assurance
Provide translation services
Adhere to compliance standards
Stay updated on regulations
Train staff on compliance policies
Perform other duties as assigned
