Must Have
Associates or Diploma in Nursing Required, MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required, AHA, ARC, or Canadian Heart and Stroke Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire, 1 year RN NICU experience is required
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s in Nursing Required within 5 years if new graduate/nurse with less than one (1) year experience, NRP within 6 months of hire/transfer, Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years

caring for neonates 28 weeks and up
attend all high-risk deliveries in labor and delivery
transporting infants from neighboring hospitals to Beaumont Dearborn's NICU
