What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL), Current BLS Certification, Two years of experience as a RN
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP), in a clinic setting preferred, Advanced Life Support certification may be required after hire, depending on assigned clinic site
What You'll Do.
Utilizes the nursing process as a systematic problem-solving approach to nursing care
facilitating an optimal level of functioning and health for the patient.
Independently triages patients in person
via telephone and secure messages
Uses assessment and analysis skills in delivering medical regimens as directed by physicians and APPs.
Delegates selected patient care functions to others in accordance with their education
and demonstrated competence.
Advocates for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy
and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
The RN collaborates with patients, patient families/significant others, Physicians/Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), patient care staff, leadership and community partners.; Collaborates with the clinic team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and stewardship.; Fosters a learning environment for patients, families, and all members of the health care team.; Join a growing group of neurologists, neurosurgeons, and advanced practitioners, working across specialties with clinic-hospital partnerships.
