Must Have
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN), Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Minimum one year current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting, Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Nice to Have
BSN preferred, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through American Heart Association (AHA), ONS Chemoio course, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC - adult), Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC - pediatric), Cancer specific certification, Medical Emergency Team ACLS

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital's Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is a 26-bed nursing unit that provides treatment to patients suffering from various medical problems, such as sepsis, altered mental status, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), stroke, and post-cardiac arrest hypothermia, as well as monitors patients requiring suicide and overdose monitoring. As an RN on this team, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey.
