Must Have
Associates in Nursing or diploma, Current Basic life Support for Healthcare Providers, Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas
Nice to Have
Bachelors in Nursing, ACLS within 6 months of hire

Provide direct nursing care
Maintain patient information
Lead the coordination of care
Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families
Communicate and collaborate concisely and continuously among clinical team
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs
Apply collaborative teamwork and leadership
Provide Patient Centered Care Nursing processes
Perform nursing care according to the population served
Perform other duties as assigned
