In joining Resource Pool, you will gain skills to provide quality care in a variety of units including Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU. There are various specialty tracks for individualized interests which could include Peds, PICU, NICU, M/B, ED Observation Unit, Inpatient Rehab, and Psych. Training in ICUs to include Cardiac ICU, Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Neurotrauma ICU, and more. As a registered nurse (RN), you are expected to consistently deliver the best in care and customer service and demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with our patients, their families, visitors, and with each other. As part of the health care team, RNs assume primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized care for patients of all ages. The registered nurse also utilizes delegation and critical thinking skills to provide quality service through a team oriented, collaborative approach to patient care.
