Promote excellence in patient and customer relations by acting as a liaison and effectively interacting with physicians, staff, patients, and families. Maintain a close working relationship with other hospital managers and serve on committees to provide efficient and safe patient experience. Manage and coordinate quality assurance program improvement on the assigned unit. Promote a safe environment and complete safety reports regarding employee or patient injury and ensure proper follow-up. Participate in budget planning and manage cost
