Physical mobility, Physical agility, Dexterity of hands and fingers, Endurance, Travel to 3 current Urgent Care sites, Travel to any additional sites

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate degree Required, Active BLS, ACLS and PALS Certification, Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Department setting, Valid Driver’s license and Auto Insurance required, Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, interpersonal and organizational skills, Ability to lead and manage a team, Ability to make decisions, delegate, and assure the welfare of the patient and the staff, Ability to perform diverse work assignments with time limitations and with a high degree of accuracy, Ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, CEN preferred, Experience with Standard Office Equipment (Phone, Fax, Copy Machine, Scanner, Email/Voice Mail) preferred, Experience with Standard Office Technology in a Window based environment preferred, Experience with patient care equipment preferred, Experience with EHR, Practice Management System and Departmental/Ancillary Systems preferred

Plan daily operations

Ensure staff competency in emergency procedures

Complete staff monthly schedules

Populate staff monthly schedules

Enter APC schedules in Scheduling Software

Enter Provider schedules in Scheduling Software

Manage staff PTO requests

Identify staffing needs in advance

Assist in utilizing resources effectively

Manage weekly staff swipe reports

Coordinate staff training

Assist with staff training

Monitor staff evaluation

Evaluate staff training

Plan hiring of new office staff

Assist in hiring of new office staff

Plan orientation of new office staff

Assist in orientation of new office staff

Evaluate clinical staff

Provide ongoing feedback to staff

Conduct annual performance evaluation input

Monitor departmental compliance with standards

Ensure utilization of resources for resolution

Ensure efficient office operations

Make adjustments in workflow

Ensure smooth functioning of the department

Ensure compliance of SMG policies

Communicate with physicians

Communicate with physician site director

Manage patient issues

Report patient issues back to Providers

Report patient issues back to Clinical Coordinator

Report patient issues back to Clinical Director

Maintain staff competencies
