What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate Degree in Nursing degree from accredited school of nursing, Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, Continuing education credits maintained as required by state of practice, Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in clinical nursing, Current CPR certification, Current driver’s license in state employed with positive driving record and able to meet requirements of insurance coverage, Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Nice to Have
B.S.N three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree, Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in renal nursing, Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Case Manager (CCM), Functional proficiency with DaVita specific clinical software programs, including Capella, required within 90 days of employment

Coordinate and facilitate quality
Minimize fragmentation of healthcare delivery system
Provide coordination of care between patient
provider and care teams
Coordinate with community and Regional Operations Manager
Adapt to new electronic processes
Adapt to increased productivity expectations
