What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years experience as RN, 3 years experience Med Surg, 3 years experience Home Health, Unencumbered RN license, RN license within 6 months
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Startup experience, Accredited Case Manager (ACM)
What You'll Do.
Engage patients for clinical support
