Must Have
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution, Demonstrated clinical nursing experience in an inpatient hospital setting, Familiarity with hospital patient-related terminology and processes, Demonstrated understanding of disease management
Nice to Have
Case Management Certification, Demonstrated experience in case management, Utilization review experience, Value-based care experience, Discharge planning experience, Basic computer skills, Proficiency in word processing software, Proficiency in spreadsheet software, Intermediate knowledge of word processing software, Intermediate knowledge of Excel software
