Must Have
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Demonstrated clinical nursing experience in an inpatient hospital setting, Familiarity with hospital patient-related terminology and processes, Demonstrated understanding of disease management
Nice to Have
Case Management Certification, Demonstrated experience in case management, Utilization review experience, Value-based care experience, Discharge planning experience, Basic computer skills, Proficiency in word processing software, Proficiency in spreadsheet software, Intermediate knowledge of word processing software, Intermediate knowledge of Excel software
