What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products experience, 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Move up to 49lbs, Stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, Climb ladders and gangways safely, Perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
Nice to Have
2+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience, 4+ years of enterprise asset management software experience, Experience in material handling systems installation, operation and maintenance, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field

Analyze scope requirements
Schedule maintenance activities
Order spare parts for facility equipment
Order spare parts for material handling equipment
Coordinate with vendors for repairs
Plan reliability improvement projects
Collect engineering drawings
Collect technical specifications
Drive proactive maintenance programs
Achieve 85% planned work targets
Ensure activities derive from APM
Close activities accurately
