Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products experience, 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Move up to 49lbs, Stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, Climb ladders and gangways safely, Perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
Nice to Have
2+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience, 4+ years of enterprise asset management software experience, Experience in material handling systems installation, operation and maintenance

Screen APM work orders
Audit equipment to document work requirements
Plan proactive maintenance activities
Order and maintain spare parts
Screen work orders and analyze scope requirements
Schedule maintenance activities based on resources
Document job requirements
Order spare parts for facility equipment
Coordinate with vendors for repairs
Plan reliability improvement projects
Collect engineering drawings and technical specifications
Drive proactive maintenance programs
Achieve 85% planned work targets
Ensure activities derive from APM
Close activities accurately in maintenance cycle
