Must Have
Penultimate year undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical) or similar technical discipline, Hands-on maintenance experience or previous work experience/internship in a maintenance focused role, Experience or exposure to using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks, Understanding OEE and equipment performance metrics, Solid foundational knowledge of PLC based controls systems, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Problem-solving mind set with proactive issue resolution, Ability to demonstrate curiosity and pro-activity
Nice to Have
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize, Highly self-motivated and customer-centric, Understanding of Six Sigma principles, Exposure working in a multi-site environment, Knowledge in OEE and EAM tools, Previous work experience in a related field or business
