What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-3 years Food & Beverage experience, Previous server experience, Ability to carry and balance a tray, Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions, Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment, Problem-solving skills, Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Minneapolis areas, Experience in luxury hotel or resort
What You'll Do.
Describe food & beverage items
Communicate guest orders to kitchen
Coordinate food and beverage timings
Check completed kitchen orders
Transport items to guest table
Anticipate guest needs
Ascertain guest satisfaction
Offer suggestions to guests
Respond to guest concerns
Adapt to guest preferences
Process cash and credit card
Settle complimentary meals
Work harmoniously with co-workers
Assist in other F&B areas
