What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial crime and/or compliance, specifically within a Correspondent Banking environment., At least 1-2 years of experience scaling and managing high-performing teams., Excellent verbal and written English ability to articulate complex risk thoughts clearly., Deep understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding KYC/AML/CFT and money laundering trends., Proven ability to turn solutions into actionable projects and drive them to completion with minimal support., Ability to analyze and move team proficiency in using data to drive insights., Punctual, independent, proactive, and capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field., ICA, CAMS, or equivalent (EDD/AML focused)., Experience with analytics tools like Looker, Salesforce, DowJones or similar.
