What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ Years experience in a lab or retail compliance role, Familiar with product safety and compliance regulations for cosmetics, detergents, OTC drugs and medical devices, Planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, Multi-tasking ability and experience with meeting multiple deadlines, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity, Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) with vendor, client, or customer-facing experience
Nice to Have
Relevant experience in retail, operations, and/or business management with a proven history of delivering results, Familiar with sustainability related certification, Familiar with compliance regulatory and testing protocols of consumable products
