Find out more at www.pwc.com. **Role Overview** * We are seeking an experienced Application Maintenance Engineer to support the System for a long-term application maintenance and support engagement. The candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and integrity of critical production and non-production environments. * This role requires strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft technology stack, system integration, database support, incident/problem management, and production support operations. The candidate must be able to work onsite at the client’s office (9am-6pm) and provide onsite support during major events as required. * In addition, the role is expected to provide end-to-end application maintenance services, including incident investigation, resolution management, and bug fixes. The position requires solid technical expertise across a broad range of technologies, including programming in .NET, data streaming with Kafka, database management with Oracle, and domain knowledge in system integration using Oracle Service Bus (OSB), as well as related technologies such as SignalR and Redis. **Required Skillsets:** * Knowledge and competency of Microsoft Technology Stack DOT.NET, C#, ASP.NET WEB API, ASP.NET MVC, MVVM, Entity Framework, LINQ, Kafka, Signal R, SSIS, SSRS. * Knowledge and familiarity of using Microsoft Technology Stack such as SCCM, SCOM. * Knowledge on Oracle Service Bus Message Flow, Proxy Service, Busi
