HDR is currently seeking a Risk/Quality Manager to join our team in one of our offices in the Middle East. As the Risk/Quality Manager , you will serve as the local leadership representative of HDR’s Corporate Quality Office and the HDR Quality Management System (QMS) within the Middle East area. In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner, helping to: Champion awareness and inspire the implementation of HDR’s QMS and data management practices. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning while advancing risk-management principles across the area. Empower local leadership and project teams to develop strong processes and deliver project work in alignment with HDR’s QMS. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about problem-solving , collaborating with diverse stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality by actively listening and empowering project teams to surface challenges and celebrate successes. In the role of Risk/Quality Manager, we'll count on you to: Serve as the local leadership representative for the quality office and support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
