Must Have
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, 10+ years of relevant experience across credit risk modelling, model risk management, policy development or supervision, Broad expertise across IRB and IFRS 9 models, quantitative methods and regulatory frameworks, Ability to operate confidently at both technical and strategic level, track record of turning analysis into structural solutions, judgement, credibility, communication skills when engaging senior stakeholders on complex topics
